Reporting to the Managing Director my role includes- responsibility for all pre- and post-sale activities with consumers & B2B customers - responsibility for all customer service & technical support activities - management, measurement, and monitoring of company website including all functionality & product content - management of all customer communication media including online web chat, telephone, email & social platforms such as Discord - management of procurement activity across all categories (core components, external components, peripheral accessories etc)- vendor relationship management & collaboration with renowned worldwide brands including Intel, AMD, Cooler Master, Corsair, Samsung, Western Digital, Asus, MSI, AOC, Adata, Kingston, Thermaltake, NZXT, Inwin, Gigabyte, Seagate, EVGA, EK, and others - stock management across all stock categories & monitoring of stock efficiencies - identification & introduction of new products, ranges & systems - monitoring of market conditions to ensure & maintain competitive costs - selection & management of logistics partners to provide effective import solutions
