State Fund is the largest provider of worker\'s compensationinsurance in California. State Fund plays a stabilizing role in California\'s economy by maintaining an open door policy, ensuring all employers have a strong and stable option for worker\'s compensation needs. I have proactively managed a caseload of over 150 workers compensation claims. Investigated and determined liability for claims, delivered accurate and timely compensation and medical benefits. Analyzed and interpreted information in medical records to prepare permanent disability ratings. Prepared cases for mandatory settlement conferences, expedited hearings and trials at the Workers Compensation Appeals Board.
