Ensure that the implementation and execution of State Fund’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework are aligned with the organization\'s corporate goals and mission of each business unit. Review risk information, such as performance benchmarks, internal and external industry statistics, and industry publications to develop recommendations, findings, and reports for Senior Leadership, Risk Committees, and State Fund’s Board of Directors.Collaborate with business units in development of action plans and identify opportunities to improve internal controls on a regular basis. Design and prepare concise and accurate risk assessment reports and risk indicators to support enterprise decision making by management. Evaluates risk information by applying various risk management methodologies, such as those outlined in ISO and through the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) body of knowledge. Prepare correspondences and participate in risk committee meetings through documenting meeting minutes and other management findings. May act as a subject matter expert in risk management. Assist with the organization, implementation, and maintenance of the ERM framework and other organizational governance documents using Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies.
