As the Managing Director of TV Technologies, I manage all day to day aspects of the business, directing a team of highly motivated and knowledgeable staff. It is my role to oversee this team, the development of new business, and customer relationships, ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service from our admin team through to our highly skilled engineering teams. I lead the team and oversee the development of new business and customer relationships, while negotiating key maintenance contracts for expert audio visual installation and servicing. The responsibilities of this role primarily involve… Play an active, hands-on role in winning key accounts and partnerships Managing account managers to help secure ongoing maintenance contracts Developing customer relationships and continuing to network with existing partners Implement new ideas, organisational structures to help develop and grow the business Drive and increase revenue through new partners and services offered My role as the Managing Director has me working closely with our client accounts and managing our internal staff. I am responsible for developing new business contacts across many market verticals, developing maintenance contracts and service level agreements in order to drive new business through ongoing partnerships, keeping us at the forefront of the audio visual and digital signage industry. It is also my role to keep up to date with our industry products and new technologies to ensure we drive our engineer training programs forward so we can continue to offer the best service for our customers.
