As the Welding Supervisor, my role is to manage a team of specialist welders to ensure all welding related activity runs as smoothly as possible without delays. Ensure procedures are followed to ensure compliance, giving our clients the confidence that their assets are in the best hands. To organize and manage all equipment required to undertake large welding scopes. Log and control all welding related documentation from consumable issue and weld cards to NDT requests. Conduct welding inspection to ensure the highest standards are being produced and logging all information required for LTQR\'s. Carry out WPQRs under instruction from the Welding engineer and liaise with the welding Coordinator to establish site requirements.
