Today I work in IBM\'s Cloud & Cognitive division with a fantastic group of energised individuals for which I lead a number of global transformational programs with focus on zSeries Software migrations.But my grey hair was hard won, being a results oriented, experienced business manager with over 30 years IT industry experience, I\'ve held a number of senior management positions at UK, European and world wide levels for IBM. People would say that I\'m a highly motivated, effective communicator with a thorough understand of how to build and manage Professional Services organisation, being well used to establishing long term strategic relationships as a Trusted Advisor with IBM clients and Business Partners.As an IBM certified Strategy Consultant this has allowed me to adapt to working in a number of different roles throughout my career; such as having globally designed and managed IBM\'s Professional Service Delivery organisation for IT Strategy and Architecture or being responsible for the IBM\'s Data Centre Services organisation throughout Europe, holding responsibility for Offering Management and development teams as well as business managing both Sales and Delivery functions.
