Stephen draws on extensive knowhow spanning the entire life cycle of innovation and product development projects to help companies transform their innovations into tangible realities. After studying Transport and Product Design at university, Stephen went on to design branded toys and sports equipment luggage, before spending 10 years across the military, aviation and marine sectors. Here he designed, developed and validated life-saving garments, putting them into production and through complexed certification processes.This broad knowledge base allows Stephen to effectively engage with organisations and networks across diverse sectors, while his ability to quickly understand and deconstruct innovation projects enables him to connect SMEs to the right resources within Greater Manchester’s innovation ecosystem and beyond.
