ABOUT STEPHEN WHITE

Over the last 16 years, I have developed my career across a broad range of roles and sectors. In each of my previous roles, one common theme stands out; the desire to improve. Whether in an operational, project or consulting role, I constantly strive to improve the performance of businesses, people and myself. My most recent projects include- The delivery of a cyber security recovery project. Working with the CRO, CFO and Head of IT, I developed solutions to mitigate high risk findings identified through an internal audit- Working with a leading BPO to transform their client’s online banking application journey for 1.1m customers annually. Improved self serve rates from 12% to 63%, £495k annualised saving- Reduction of backlogs by 83% and improved lead times from 5 days to 24 hours in a Customer Services function of a UK Warranty ProviderThroughout the delivery of each project, I enjoy spending time with people to increase their capability & provide them with the skills & tools that will enable them to solve their own problems.
