As a standing consultant grant writer with the World Food Programme, was tapped in to lead the UN organization\'s proposal development and writing process for Rwanda (2020), for Republic of Congo (2021), for Madagascar (2022), and Nepal (2023); in response to the annual USDA McGovern-Dole solicitation. These designs focus on school feeding to a combined primary school children, related national level policy development, and capacity building to local staff and agriculture systems participants for long-term sustainability. These submissions resulted in US $83 million to support UN/WFP programming in these countries and will be implemented over a five year period.
