As a Senior Service Designer and Discovery Lead at the World Food Programme (WFP), I drive human-centered activities, to identify new digital solutions that can support and enhance the impact of humanitarian efforts. I lead discovery research, service design, and strategic innovation to improve how WFP delivers aid, supporting from both internal processes and products as well as engagement with external stakeholders.

Hi! I\'m Carolina! Opportunities have taken me from Brasil (My home) to Milan, Shanghai and finally Germany. During my spin around the globe, I have learnt a lot by working with many different cultures. I\'m passionate about designing new services or products and enhancing existing ones, making sure that the user needs comes at first hand. In order to do so, I take a holistic approach by applying a set of methods from design thinking, service design, to business perspectives - co-creating together with stakeholders throughout channels in order to create meaningful experiences, from front stage to backstage - and I always aim to have fun in the process of doing so :). My experiences broads from working with startups to leading innovation from small to multi-national corporate clients.I\'m currently working as a Service Design Lead for the World Food Programme, bringing human centred design and innovation skills to help reduce hunger in the World.
