I have spent my career teaching in complex K-16 educational institutions, conducting professional development internationally, and bringing a people-first approach to project and program management. Though no longer in the classroom, I continue to utilize the many operational and analytical skills I honed as a teacher in the projects that come across my desk. Consulting on learning infrastructure, designing strategic plans, and sourcing major gifts in the not-for-profit space, I have my hands in a number of proverbial cookie jars.In my current role, I serve on the senior leadership team of an independent school in New York City, directing strategic planning initiatives, managing our board of trustees, developing sustainable staffing and enrollment and—above all—ensuring the longevity of a really special place.
