With over 25 years of experience in the passenger transport sector, I currently serve as Managing Director at P C Coaches of Lincoln Ltd, overseeing the day to day operations and development of the business which operates 125 vehicles from depots in Lincoln, Louth, Horncastle & Grimsby and employing 180 local people.Leading a team of department heads, I ensure effective management of the groups day to day operations and its ongoing development while maintaining a commitment to delivering safe and reliable, customer-focused solutions. As a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, I bring deep expertise in transportation and logistics management. My role extends to serving on the board of the Lincolnshire Enhanced Bus Partnership, where I contribute to regional transport development. Passionate about advancing public transport, my work reflects a dedication to operational excellence and community impact.
