I am a self-motivated, driven and hard-working professional, who is passionate about Health and Safety management. I am an IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) member and also a member of CQI (Chartered Quality Institute) and IIRSM (International Institute of Risk and Safety Management). Also I am an associate member of IEMA (Institute of Environmental Management and Assessments)I am Qualified to NEBOSH National Diploma for Occupational Health and Safety Management Professionals (passed with Credit) NQF level 6.I also hold NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and an IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management.I am a Lead Auditor in ISO9001:2015 QMS and Internal auditor in ISO45001:2018 OHS and ISO14001 EMS.I have 12+ years experience in the Health and Safety/Quality profession, having worked in the Automotive,Medical and F1 industries. I am an experienced mechanical and composites inspector. Skilled in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. A competent CMM programmer and operator (Aberlink and PC-DMIS) to an advanced level with CAD++ and G,D&T.Also an experienced Romer arm operator. TesaVisio and TesaScan (Sylvac) Shaft Scanner programmer.Experienced with manual measuring devices and tools. Linear height gauges, hardness and surface testers. A trained operator in NDT UltraSonic Phased Array (with Olympus Omniscan MX2) primarily in Composites. Full documentation and Non-conformance processing and reporting in accordance with quality management system ISO 9001.A strong operations professional with excellent communication skills at all levels.
