By ensuring the right locations and formats, we’re enhancing convenience, accessibility, and loyalty for customers.I also drive estate optimisation through lease management, cost efficiencies, and the disposal of underperforming stores, maintaining a lean, customer-focused estate. Working with senior leadership, I shape property strategy, budgets, and savings initiatives that deliver both business performance and customer impact.
