I am a very well-rounded and experienced professional that takes pride in all of my contributions. I view challenges holistically based on the entirety of my experience. I use that perspective and the experience of others to find the best solution possible. My philosophy is to strive for excellence in everything I do. Anything worth doing is worth doing to the very best of my capability. It is better to unite others with respect than to enforce duty upon them, basically the same result, but much more sustainable. My main employment metric is to bring value to every endeavor that exceeds my cost burden to the company. I require what I do to benefit my family, friends, colleagues and the world so when the time comes and I look back, I can feel a sense of the highest achievement, value and dignity.With every employment opportunity and within every business I believe a win-win objective is necessary to sustain a lasting and healthy partnership. I have been very blessed to have worked with some of the best mentors, all showing me their best practices. I never stop learning and observing from everyone I encounter. Although I do not claim to know everything and have learned so much, it always feels good to share and give back.
