Support operational due diligence for new acquisitions, including capacity, capability, cost structure, and risk assessment.Evaluate manufacturing assets, processes, workforce skills, and supply chain robustness of merged companies.Lead capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning, budgeting, and ROI analysis, furthermore initiate post-merger operational integration with Axon systems.Align production systems, KPIs, quality standards, and operating procedures as per Axon standards across merged entities.Lead cross-functional execution of NPI projects from concept through mass production.Develop and manage NPI timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.Coordinate with Engineering, R&D FMEA methodology, Compliance Testing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure design for manufacturability (DFMEA / PFMEA / Control Plan).Define and develop equipment, automation, tooling, and layout requirements for line expansion and establish process flows, for new products.Oversee pilot builds (EVT DVT PVT), validation runs, and production ramp-up to achieve first pass yield, total yield, quality, cost targets and stabilize processes and reduce defects and cycle time.Ensure readiness of supply chain, materials, and end of line equipment to support production schedules.Ensure overseas compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards during product launch.Plan and execute expansion of existing M&A manufacturing lines to meet demand forecast for future products.Coordinate installation, commissioning, qualification by conducting FAT and SAT of new equipment.
