These solutions include the areas of indirect lending, consumer and mortgage loan origination, point-of-sale, digital retail, analytics, CRM, auto purchase, and business process outsourcing. • Performing project management duties for engineering infrastructure projects, including system and infrastructure upgrades, cyber security enhancements, disaster recovery, datacenter and cloud migrations, system maintenance, operations & production support, organizational change (OCM), merger & acquisitions, process improvement, and support for PCI and SOC II Audits. • Facilitating collaboration across various teams with both on-shore and off-shore resources, comprised of architecture, software development, network, server, database, cloud, InfoSec, quality assurance, third party vendors, NOC, and operational support teams.• Setup and facilitate various meetings according to CMMI, Agile, Scrum, or PMI process depending on the nature of the project and the teams engaged. • Identify stakeholders, goals and objectives, scope, work breakdown structure (WBS), resources, dependencies, risks, and decision points. Facilitating meetings to determine strategy, work estimates, scheduling, KPI performance metrics, reporting and communication plans. • Performing the role of Scrum Master and facilitating the daily scrum meetings, removing impediments to progress, participating and/or facilitating backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings. Utilized Azure Devops (ADO) to manage work items. Coordinating implementations.• Providing regular reporting and communications to the extended team and Sr. Leadership to enable informed decisions and successful project execution through to completion.
