ABOUT AMIT GHIA

As a Senior Director of Product Management, I design and execute differentiated and customer-centric product visions and strategies. In doing so, I lead matrixed teams, identify trends that govern profitability, and roll out new product offerings and features in response to changing customer sentiments. I have a solid track record of leading product innovation. For instance, at CU Direct, I steered the design and roll-out of an MVP POS for an enterprise origination portal vision. In doing so, I led the product design, prototype, and user persona creation. Furthermore, I drafted a 2-year product roadmap. As a result, we catered to rapidly changing market demands and industry shifts. Throughout my career, I have fortressed controls and successfully managed technical issues. For example, at the same company, I eased the product understanding for credit unions. I did this by designing and rolling out a release notes process in collaboration with the release management team. I also guided the team on the process. Moreover, I worked with the product operations team to execute the process across the entire organization. The key to my success is identifying areas of improvement in my team’s productivity. In doing so at loanDepot, I rolled out new product features for the loan officers by assessing ethnographic field research data to identify and address pain points in the product. This significantly improved the operational efficiency of loan officers. Similarly, at CU Direct, I improved the team culture during a global pandemic. I did this by eliminating communication silos. Furthermore, I advocated professional development among the team members. If you’re looking for someone who builds seamless cross-platform and cross-channel consumer experiences by directing end-to-end product management functions, email me: a•••••@gmail.com KEY SKILLS: Data-Driven Decision Making | Operational Efficiency Enhancement | Cross-Platform Product Strategies | Cross-Functional Team Leadership | Business Opportunity Identification | Data-Driven Decision Making | Vendor Relationship Development | Product Innovation | Competitive Assessment | Marketing Strategy Creation | P&L Ownership
