ABOUT STEPHEN REEVE
I have been working in the insurance industry for the last 11 years and currently I am employed as a Senior Commercial underwriter. I have experience in underwriting for manufacturing risks, retail, building ownership, contractors as well as a number of other types of risks. I completed CAIB I graduated in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Asper School of Business in Winnipeg Manitoba majoring in Finance and Marketing. Previously I had been working at a summer camp for many years doing various jobs such as counseling, dish washing, leading music, and leading sports activities. I have developed personal skills from dealing with campers from very diverse backgrounds in terms of race, age, income level, and family situations. The experiences of working with little sleep and being energetic and enthusiastic helps me to maintain composure when tired on the job. I also have developed a professional attitude and have learned to work in teams to get jobs done at the University of Manitoba, at summer camps, and in my current occupation.
