In the world of insurance, I\'ve contributed to organizational success through achievements in a diversity of disciplines with the majority of my experience leading teams focused on Risk Management, Reinsurance, Data, and Operations. My working footprint covers several regions including the USA, Canada and UK/global insurance markets.I\'ve been fortunate to see the (re)insurance landscape from several vantage points, including involvement in reinsurance placements, risk reporting to our US Board, and catastrophe model analysis, governance, and evaluation. I recently completed a secondment in London to operationalize internal catastrophe expertise to newly acquired UK business. I currently overseeing a global team of 12 analysts across 4 countries focused on supporting catastrophe portfolio analytics and reinsurance submission needs.
