A continuation of the Regional role from Abbott, following the acquisition of Abbott’s Developed Markets business by Mylan. As part of the acquisition, produced detailed integration plan for affiliates moving into Mylan, including headcount details and QMS updates required. Organised regional affiliate meeting to kick off integration activity and ensure affiliate awareness of requirements. Following acquisition of Meda by Mylan, created strategic plan to integrate affiliates, including headcount review and training plan for affiliates in new markets.Led training initiative for PV vendors in Emerging Markets, with 2 interactive training days held in the region. Began development of affiliate PV systems in Dubai and Morocco offices, as part of expansion of Mylan’s PV capabilities.Key interface for affiliates to PSRM, lead pre-audit and inspection preparation at affiliates and provide on-site support for authority inspections.Provide input to strategic audit planning and develop CAPA plans with affiliates post-audit.Direct line management of 14, and indirect management of 3, affiliate PV safety leads. Responsible for affiliate PV budget of direct reports (~$3.3MUSD) and co-ordination of overall PSRM EMEA affiliate budget (~$7.7MUSD).Member of company Pharmacovigilance System Oversight Committee, which reviews PV system performance and any CAPA activity required for remediation.
