Magnet manufacturers face a challenge of high fault rates, meaning high waste, higher material and energy costs, as well as higher CO2 emissions. OEMs and industrial buyers need magnets that meet specification. Poor quality magnets cause problems during assembly and use, including warranty claims, returns and production delaysOur customers - both manufacturers and buyers - complained that existing diagnostic and inspection systems were just not good enough.The ProMaterial AI and hardware solution optimizes magnet manufacturing to deliver superior products before shipping, and allow OEMs and end-users to verify that magnets are top quality before they are fitted to rotors or other applications. By retrofitting onto existing production and test equipment, our systems turn magnet inspection into continuous, reliable quality control instead of sporadic manual checks. We have best-in-class pass rates at both manufacture and user level. For magnet manufacturers we offer higher first-pass fault detection, less scrap and lower unit cost. For OEMs, it means confidence that magnets purchase will work like they should! We find faults in magnets surfaces and also magnetic field/flux.
