Most recently I had a lead role reporting into the VP of Transformation in the operational carve-out and stand-up of the global Haleon consumer business from the GSK parent as part of the £40bn demerger and stock market listing in July 2022.The Haleon carve-out was one of the largest ever demergers on the London Stock Exchange. I led a cross-functional team with support from our external advisors that ensured we had operational continuity as we disentangled the people, systems, and processes to create two distinct global companies. More than Haleon staff were impacted in a series of global ERP cutovers covering 24 factories and more than 80 markets.
