I consider changes in procurement, economic forecasts, environmental pressures and client budgets and drivers and by anticipating such changes in these macro factors to understand how VINCI can maintain and support its clients in achieving their objectives.Over the last four years I have been at the heart of changing VINCI’s approach to and success in framework procurement. Aligning delivery capability with the different frameworks gives natural selection but also sets the agenda for change. Resilience and persuasive skills to the fore in creating a tipping point for a large corporate to accept the need for change. Issues raised include social value, productivity, prompt payment, digitisation, OSM / MMC enduser satisfaction, framework marketing and mobilisation.Crown Commercial Service, NHS SBS, Pagabo, ProCure 21/21+/22 and regional frameworks
