Im a senior retail leader with nearly 30 years of experience in the travel industry, currently heading up TUI’s UK & Ireland retail operation — that’s 3,500+ brilliant colleagues across 300+ stores, contact centres, and remote teams. Throughout my career, I’ve led large teams, delivered major commercial growth (over £1.9B in turnover), and helped drive real improvements in customer experience, including a record CSAT score of 9.7 — the best in TUI Retail history. What drives me? A mix of future-focused strategy, digital innovation, and people development. I believe great business results come from great people — that’s why I’ve invested in leadership pipelines, culture, and DE & I. Over 80% of our retail leaders have come up through the business, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of. I’m passionate about the future of retail — particularly how physical and digital experiences can work together to deliver something exceptional for customers. I’ve also led sustainability projects, expanded our retail footprint, and helped shape how we evolve in a fast-moving industry.
