I have been in Customer Care pretty much my whole working life. I love working with people (Customers or staff) to solve problems. Always looking to challenge myself and learn new skills. A great team player & a supportive Manager with great Time Management knowledge. Love my job I also enjoy excellent Teamwork. My experience in Customer Care has taught me resilence, patience and empathy. When engaging in conflict resolution be it a person or a process I will take the time to understand all of the issues and opinions before weighing in.
