As a licensed Minister, he started his journey in youth ministry in 1998. Stephaune has dedicated over a decade of his life as the Director of Operations for More Fire Nation, a 501c3 non-profit organization and social movement. His unwavering dedication to serving the most vulnerable communities of Los Angeles has been demonstrated through his unique ability to bring awareness and galvanize support around extreme issues facing marginalized individuals. He excels in driving community engagement and empowerment, spearheading impactful initiatives that produce positive change, and connecting subsequent issues to necessary resources. With years of experience executing meticulous outreach strategies, he has fostered a robust network of donors, sponsors, stakeholders, and philanthropic entities, resulting in substantial financial backing and support from various industries. Serving Los Angeles County since 2010, Stephaune\'s commitment to making a difference is unwavering. In 2022, Stephaune took on the role of Assets Protection Outreach Coordinator for Target stores across Los Angeles County. His primary focus is on communities surrounding stores experiencing extreme quality of life issues. Through his outreach strategy, he fosters external partnerships with key stakeholders within the community, supports community initiatives and activations, and influences the reduction of safety and security issues impacting stores. Beyond his humanitarian efforts, Stephaune has garnered recognition as a seasoned performer with a notable presence in the entertainment industry. As a member of the esteemed Screen Actors Guild, he has been featured in over 50 national TV commercial campaigns.
