As a member of ATD\'s K-12 Partnerships Team, I work closely with Gateway to College program partners in New England. At the intersection of K-12 and post-secondary education, my work is to support communities as they create more equitable pathways to postsecondary success for historically marginalized students. I coach program leaders and provide training in identity-based motivation, holistic student support, data-informed decision making, K-12 landscape analysis, and work-based learning. I serve as the Co-Chair of ATD\'s internal Culture and Equity Committee.
