ABOUT STEPHANIE A. RYAN

With over 13 years of experience in consulting, 10 of which at an international scale, I have a passion for complex intercultural and multinational projects. I currently work as a Global Customer Success Manager for some of LHH\'s strategic multinational clients. Previously, I was part of the BPI group\'s (acquired by LHH) International Business Unit based in Paris, working with clients and partners around the world to ensure the efficiency and consistency of quality of projects, most notably with an international dimension. As a consultant, I facilitated training/sessions involving team-building, coaching, as well as training clients on the specificities around French redundancy processes. As a PMO (project management officer), I have worked on large-scale transformation projects that involve the complex coordination of a variety of stakeholders, in France and abroad: the client (both local and corporate-level), State actors, regulatory bodies, legal counsel, unions, PR agencies, among others. My core competencies include facilitation, project management, writing and editing, and international business development. I work in both English and French.
