I lead the Corporate and Workforce Learning vertical at LearningMate, where our mission is to support the learning, training, credentialing, and upskilling needs of the modern worker and their employers. The Corporate and Workforce Learning vertical sits strategically among our K12, Higher Education, and Government businesses, enabling us to build ‘pathways to work’ that originate in high schools, universities, workforce centers, and even from a current job where upskilling is the means to a better opportunity. Increasingly we are focused with our clients on developing high-caliber industry credentials aligned to skills; professional licensure education and certification; continuing education opportunities for professionals already in the workforce; and curated learning paths that link digital learning to industry certifications. As the Vertical Head, I am responsible for determining the overall direction, strategy, and execution plan for the business in a way that connects to our core brand story. I work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, presales, and delivery to ensure that solutions are pitched, scoped, sold and delivered on time and on budget. I serve as the spokesperson for the business, speaking at industry conferences and hosting thought leadership events and webinars.I consult with executive-level stakeholders in US and global organizations to develop a learning strategy that positively impacts their business and performance metrics.
