The way learning gets designed is changing and I\'m building at the frontier of that change.I\'m a Learning Design Manager at LearningMate, working at the intersection of instructional design, AI systems, and learning experience architecture. My focus isn\'t just building courses, it\'s designing intelligent learning ecosystems that scale. Over the past few years, I\'ve moved my practice toward AI-augmented learning design: combining instructional design principles with generative AI, retrieval-augmented systems, and agentic frameworks to fundamentally rethink how learning content is created, structured, and delivered.In practice, that means- Building AI-assisted ID workflows that compress course development timelines- Integrating retrieval-based knowledge systems for contextual, dynamic learning- Exploring agentic AI for curriculum design, assessment generation, and learner support- Shifting learning teams from manual production to AI-augmented design operations My foundation is a decade in education and EdTech — curriculum development, international education programs, high-performance test prep — and that grounding in how people actually learn shapes everything I build with AI. The question I keep coming back to: how do we help learning teams stop being content factories and start being architects of intelligent, adaptive educational experiences?That\'s the work I\'m here for.
