ABOUT STEPHANIE SULLIVAN

I am a passionate product professional, having supported products across the healthcare industry through my career, while constantly seeking efficiencies in organizational operations. Now, I can use that experience to elevate product management out Outcomes. As the Director of Product Operations and Commercialization, I play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision and strategy. I work closely with executive management to align our goals and drive the company\'s success. I lead cross-functional teams and oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from research and business case development to product launches. My focus is on optimizing product operations to ensure seamless execution and delivery, in collaboration with engineering, marketing, support, and sales. I work across all of our products, striving to elevate our product managers and their contributions to the organization by ensuring we are focused on high-value, high-impact work. I enjoy mentoring less experienced Product Management professionals and learning from our Product Leaders, working together to ensure that our products revolutionize pharmacy operations and elevate patient care. As a recent inductee into the Outcomes Pinnacle Club, my work has been recognized for it\'s impact on the organization and revolutionizing how we work from the ground up. Outcomes, a collection of companies poised to change healthcare, now works the same way no matter the origin of the product, and executive management has access to fully transparent and predictable roadmaps.
