Stephanie brings to the table 15+ years of experience in leading in various challenging drilling projects within the National and International Oilfield, with a reputation for being a solid influence as a Seasoned Petroleum Engineer. She strategically collaborates with key personnel, contractors, and stakeholders demonstrating strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to foster continuous to achieve business objectives.Stephanie was born in Calgary, AB and presently resides in Airdrie, AB. She is passionate about traveling and challenging herself by gaining new experiences. She enjoys seeing new places and experiencing new cultures. She likes to go out on her own and see how she will react and adapt to situations like being in a country where English is not commonly spoken. She believes that this improves her work as she is always looking/thinking outside of the box and will never turn down a project that may not fall within her current experience. She loves to push herself to do the best. Stephanie enjoys that the operations can change so quickly and that she has to be able to adapt and quickly understand the situation and find a solution to the problem that will not have a huge impact on the rest of the program. She appreciates the challenge of the unknown. She loves to work under pressure and with tight timelines. It pushes her to be on her toes and to constantly be thinking of what is going on and what are the consequences of her decisions. On an educational front, she has completed the Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering in 2010 and has continuously developed herself in completing various trade-related training and courses. A few of the key skills that Stephanie brings forward include critical thinking, problem-solving, flexibility, and excellent multi-tasking skills. She strongly believes that success depends on the value of strong working relationships built on integrity and respect for diversity.Stephanie continues to be focused on improving her position as a Seasoned Engineer, developing her cutting-edge skills in Drilling Engineering and Project Management. She takes personal satisfaction in tackling new challenges with a competitive edge as she advances her career within an ever-changing industry. She welcomes positions in alignment with her present career ambitions, such as a Drilling Engineer/ERD Advisor, Project Engineer, Project Controls Engineer, or Project Manager.
