With over seven years of experience in digital marketing, I am passionate about creating and executing innovative strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness across recruitment. With a Bachelors in Journalism with a specialism in Entreprnuership I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. I am currently the Marketing Manager at E3 Recruitment, HSQ Recruitment and Heritage PS Talent Solutions, specialist recruitment agencies across manufacturing, engineering, civil engineering, infrastructure and professional services where I lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with the directors and consultants to deliver bespoke solutions for our clients. In my current role, I am responsible for managing and optimising the online presence, social media channels, email campaigns, webinars, events, and content creation for all three companies. I use data-driven insights and best practices to measure and improve the performance and ROI of our marketing activities. I also collaborate with external partners and industry bodies to enhance our reputation and network.
