As a highly energetic person with a positive attitude, I can work independently and can stay focused. I am organized and have a good understanding of social media and web site creation. Problem solving and using critical thinking skills are two of my biggest strengths, and I am both a leader and a follower. I can lead when someone needs to take charge and I can be a follower when following direction and taking criticisms. Because of my leadership qualities, I have a strong work ethic and am devoted to effective time management. I always apply myself and I have found that I work great alone and also with large groups. When I am in a group, I thrive in the leadership position and work well while organizing and controlling the pace and direction of projects. I have been told by previous employers that I “have a personality that sets the tone for the workplace.” I take pride in that and in my work.Initiating innovative ideas and constructing a productive work setting are both priorities for my work style. After working with high profile individuals, prestigious organizations and companies, and having dealt with numerous crises, I have shaped my knowledge into a unique set of skills. I have high interest and focus in the areas of public relations, social media strategy and content development, crisis communications, media planning and outreach, special events planning and development, internal communication practices and community relations.
