ABOUT STEPHANIE MACASKILL

With over 12 years of experience in the security industry, I am passionate about empowering security professionals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed. As a Learning and Development Business Partner at Adarma Security, I consult with clients to understand their learning needs and design, deliver, and evaluate bespoke training solutions that align with their business goals and challenges. I also leverage my relationship building skills to foster a culture of learning and collaboration within Adarma Security, where I previously served as a Talent Development Manager for more than seven years. In this role, I managed the end-to-end learning cycle for over 250 employees, from onboarding to career development, and implemented various initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
