Deployed to North America to promote and market principal’s projects to different Filipino communities and foreign investors, host marketing events and attend booth manning in different Seafood City branches, sponsor Filipino events that could help us market and raise awareness about real estate in the Philippines- Undertake personally or through his/her accredited real estate network the marketing and sale of the principal\'s projects- Directly reports to his/her Manager/Director and discuss all business initiatives and activities with said Manager/Director- To handle pending accounts of the clients left by such member until such accounts are re-assigned- Ensure completion of necessary reservation and booking documents of all buyers- Ensure that each and every client is assisted and managed to the full satisfaction of said buyer/client- Participate in all principal initiated activities- Participate in training seminars provided by the principal and its subsidiaries and affiliates- Comply with the rules and regulations of the principal and its subsidiaries and affiliates on the code of conduct of real estate sellers based on the Republic Act No. 9646 or the Real Estate Service Act of the Philippines (the \"Act\"), its Implementing Rules and Regulations and/or the National Code of Ethics and Responsibilities for Real Estate Service Practice.
