ABOUT STEPHANIE CRUMLEY

Owning a small business is hard. But growing a small business - developing a strategic plan that cultivates sustainability.well it\'s a full time job in itself. It requires a lot of different skillsets, a creative mind that has business acumen that can do some out-of-the-box thinking under budget. Based on my dynamic experience as a writer, photographer, designer and business strategist - I assist tens of businesses a month develop a digital marketing mix and business strategy that works for their goals. My diverse experience has required me to wear many logistical hats: from overseeing marketing and advertising, to daily operations and financial projects, to even HR representative and cheerleader for my staff. A consistent theme that my unique experience rolodex has developed is the ability to bring a new approach to all the projects I tackle. Beyond my operational acumen, I have a background in strong visual orientation. I graduated from Boston University with a degree in photography and have over five years’ experience as a writer, photographer and videographer. I am adept at Adobe Suite, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro, and a myriad of editing and production software as a freelance multimedia producer. My work has been featured in a variety of publications including the Medfield Press, Boston Phoenix, Weekly Dig, Brooklyn Vegan, Brooklyn Vegan, Decibel, CVLTnation, Patch.com and WickedLocal.com. Additionally, in my spare time, I love curating art shows. I curated over fifteen art shows on both coasts with talent ranging from local to international artists and coordinated a dozen pop-up markets while full-time directing in the last two years. I\'ve spent the last year working as a freelance digital marketing consultant for visual and performance artists. Sigil Marketing helps empower creatives to pursue their passions and make profits through brand development, digital marketing/business strategy and content marketing.
