I wrote the Health & Safety Manual and the Safe Work Procedures Manual which helped us pass the TSSA Audit (2017) and the WSIB Workwell Audit (2018) In charge of all in internal Health & Safety training for 650 employees. In charge of making and maintaining a Training Matrix for all employees. In charge of reading all incoming Contractor\'s Agreements to search for indemnity clauses. Lead liaison with our lawyers to request changes and work with our customers to rewrite the contracts. Put company in the position to receive a WSIB rebate in 6 of 7 years. Lead liaison with Worker Compensation in 6 provinces. Lead in all return to work programs.
