ABOUT STEPHANE LEDUC

Leader with over 18 years of experience in IT, technology, e-commerce, and digital marketing. During my career, I had the opportunity to lead significant technology projects (such as websites and platforms redesigns, and large-scale change management projects) notably within well-established Canadian corporations, in the media and retail domains. Under my responsibility, I had the privilege to lead brilliant collaborators, among the best in the industry. One of my greatest strengths and source of pride is my ability to choose my collaborators carefully. One of my mentors always told me to select collaborators by prioritizing those who have the genuine desire to make a difference. Indeed, I believe that people are the raw material of a business and, when aligned, make a difference in the success of a project. I trust that I also can motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal. Always keeping my eyes on the company goals, I know how to value and leverage the talents of my team members. My philosophy in life is always to take on new challenges, to grow, otherwise, you get bored! My inspirations?
