I have always been an enabler - supporting people to reach their potential and achieve business goals. After 19 years\' experience in a blue chip Pharmaceutical company I am loving being able to apply these skills to tailoring partnerships between business and the national children\'s charity TLG. How fulfilling to develop enduring associations with corporate boards and see them realising their huge ability to make a difference to struggling children in local communities.
