Focus on improving client experience, streamlining processes and procedures whilst ensuring financial sustainability and cost effectiveness. Work across all areas of the business to ensure a cohesive and coherent approach to transforming the organisation, supporting its growth ambition. Champion the carbon net zero planning and delivery, promoting the use of data, digital and technology to reduce the carbon footprint and emissions. Reshape the contact centre, including cloud solutions and optimize Omni channel working, enable multi skilled agents, reviews KPI’s, security and quality controls, workforce management, business intelligence and data warehouse to create value and a positive client experience. Create and implement data, digital and IT strategies. IT Management, BI, data compliance, contact centre, projects and digital products leadership. Support bid writing, commercial decisions, RFP’s and procurement processes.
