I work across property sourcing, LinkedIn content creation, and post-trauma advisory - all shaped by both professional experience and lived reality.Property sourcingI’ve worked in property for the last six years and now operate independently with a small number of clients, primarily across Aberdeen.I specialise in sourcing investment properties that are commercially sound. Whether it’s a first buy-to-let or an additional acquisition, I manage the full process end-to-end - from sourcing and negotiation through to refurbishment and letting.I also co-own Duo Lettings, which allows for a genuinely hands-off experience once a property is operational, from tenant find through to ongoing management.LinkedIn content creationOver the last six years, I’ve built a LinkedIn audience of over from a standing start.That audience has directly driven a six-figure property sourcing business, a six-figure lettings business, and a seven-figure property portfolio.This has come through consistency and authentic storytelling, building trust over time, and with the majority of my clients and opportunities coming inbound from the platform.I now help clients build their own personal brands - growing their audience, expanding their network, and ultimately converting into commercial opportunities.Post-trauma advisoryThis is a newer, but important, part of my work - and where a lot of my focus is now moving.My perspective comes from lived experience of coercive control, financial abuse, and domestic abuse, including being manipulated into a relationship under false pretences and coerced into motherhood, which fundamentally altered the course of my life.I’ve also navigated prolonged legal proceedings and the financial and emotional impact that follows experiences like this, particularly where coercive control is involved.It’s something I’ve lived through, have real experience of, and have rebuilt from - and I am still rebuilding.There’s increasing awareness around the nuances of abuse itself, but far less conversation around what comes after - how you actually rebuild your life in a practical, financial and emotional sense after trauma.That’s the space I’m stepping into.If you’re interested in working together across property sourcing, LinkedIn content creation, or post-trauma advisory - feel free to reach out.
