From arranging flowers to managing partnerships, my career journey has been as diverse as a bouquet of wildflowers. I\'ve worn many hats in my recent professional career: supervisor, website chat specialist, department lead, senior salesperson, sales leader, account manager, people manager, and partner manager. The common thread? My passion for people and helping others.After college, I packed my bags and moved to Kansas City, joining a start-up that was just four months old. I was fortunate to contribute directly to its success, implementing features that helped it become one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation (Inc 500). We grew our team to 150 employees in three years before being acquired. It was a wild ride, and I am grateful for every minute of it.I thrive as an intelligent contributor, always data-driven while maintaining a sense of humanity in my decisions. I\'ve brokered partnerships with OEMs, CaaS partners, affiliates, channel partners, alliance partners, tech partners, and agencies. Working within partnerships has also revealed my passion for public speaking. I\'ve led presentations and webinars across the country to organizations hosting 400+ attendees in various industries. There\'s nothing like engaging with clients face-to-face and sharing educational and inspiring content with them.As for the future? I\'ve learned not to plan too far ahead. I\'m ready for anything and appreciate every amazing professional I have the honor to work with along the way.
