ABOUT STEFFI WOLFF

I am an open-minded curious person, who loves to face and tackle new challenges and grow hereby. I am passionate about Sports, Events and People and incorporate that in my work life as much as possible. I am currently working for the Challenger of Record at the 36th America\'s Cup in Auckland, New Zealand. In my role I support the America\'s Cup Race Village operations, I am responsible to the branding activation and coordinate the operations of the AC75 simulator and the on site information distribution for the public (Info Points). Further, I am taking different projects as a business consultant for the conceptual design & strategy for events or event venues as well as sustainable event strategies. Feel free to contact me for any inquiries. Previously I worked as Head of Customer Success at Eversports leading a multicultural team based in several locations. My team helped our partners to use the software in the best possible way to solve THEIR needs and business cases. Before leading the Customer Success department, I have been an Account Manager at Eversports, as well as I have been in charge of internal data analytics of the operations team and leading two student teams. In June 2017 I graduated in International Marketing and Brand Management at Lund University. In August 2015 I completed my Bachelor\'s degree in Sport and Event Management (Specialization: Sport Management, Marketing and Entrepreneurship) at Business and Information Technology School Iserlohn. During both of my study programs I had the role of course representative in my program. Proven track record from employments during and after my studies: BiTS: University Marketing & Sales, Siemens: International Management Events, Corporate (Management) Communications, Audi AG: Sport Event management, Project Management At the moment I am looking for growth opportunities in various business areas: Sport Event implementation, Event digitalisation, Event Management, Brand Management, Project Management and Leadership. I love working within teams and leading teams to reach milestones and goals they could not imagine that were possible to reach. I know that I have the necessary skills and work attitude, packed with motivation to step up the game. I live a hands-on mentality which is probably one the reasons to have a big passion for event organization. I am fascinated by the accurate and detailed work that is required for months, often resulting in a busy final to finally present an event of only a few days.
