This allows me to reach and support people who otherwise would not consider or perhaps cannot afford the services of a Therapist or Mental Health Coach. I specialize in helping clients overcome stress, anxiety, reactivity, communication and relationship challenges, stuckness, low level depression, low self-acceptance, and other common life and/or work challenges with the support of Lyra tools and resources. I welcome all ages and types of people to support them in finding the truth of who they are and the inherent possibilities and joys of their very existence and aliveness right here and now.
