ABOUT STEFANO LONGO
I have always been passionate about sport and physical exercise as well as research. The best thing I could do was to combine my passions and trying to become a sport and exercise scientist. I say trying, because in the Academic world you never stop learning. My research areas mainly concern the skeletal muscle and tendon adaptations to different stimuli, such as strength and stretching exercises, in both acute and long-term conditions also enjoy teaching to undergraduate students. My topic is focused on the foundation of physical exercise for the first and second year students attending the School of Exercise and Sport Science (Università degli Studi di Milano), Milan, Italy.
