Specialties: intellectual property (particularly trade secrets), radio/podcasting/interviewing, information law, cyberlaw, generative AI, contracts, privacy, governmental transparency, public-private partnerships, complex commercial litigation.I’m a professor at Elon University School of Law and an Affiliate Scholar at Stanford’s Center for Internet and Society.
