Together with our teams we turned adiClub from a program with 0 members to the 2nd biggest loyalty program on the planet, with a presence in 50 markets and a user base of over 250 million members. As a Snr. Manager for horizontal projects and programs I lead the conceptualization and execution of large scale programs in the Consumer Engagement domain. Like providing a premium experience for our members during the WorldCup in Qatar, converting the adidas loyalty program from a local into a global, borderless program or launching Redemption capabilities to 10+ markets across the world.
