Part of Amazon Web Services Elastic Compute Cloud (AWS EC2) organization, dedicated to advancing the technology stack used for orchestrating Windows worker nodes within the Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) data plane. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Lead the architectural and design aspects of complex, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services, utilizing a technology stack encompassing Java, Golang, Typescript, PowerShell, Kubernetes, and Native-AWS Act as the Technical Lead for projects, guiding the entire development lifecycle from initial scoping, planning, and design to implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to collect and understand business and functional requirements, transforming them into robust and scalable solutions Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance and scalability Effectively manage resources across multiple technical projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, milestones, and the overarching technology and business objectives
